Yes I know black walnut is not a native species! Before I entirely switched over to using local wood I occasionally used a little North American timber and this table was made from some of my very last furniture-sized pieces of walnut in the ever popular Redgr style. There are over 60 pieces of timber in this deceptively simple-looking table!
